The information requested from the customer during the online payment are required to process the online transaction. They are treated confidentially.

1Data we use

• Your device code (MAC address) and your playlists, to make the app work on your TV.
• Your name and email, only to process the order and send your invoice.
• When the app is open: that your TV is online and what it is playing (channel, movie or series title and duration). This is shown, as statistics, to the reseller who activated your TV. Your playlist address and password are never shared.
• Card details are entered on the secure CMI payment page: we never see or store them.
